Lindsay Lambert, owner of Paddling Yogini and One Mind Yoga, is a certified SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga instructor, a PaddleFit Core Coach, a Gold PiYo™ (Pilates/yoga blend) Instructor through BeachBody™, and a TRX Training™ Instructor through Fitness Anywhere™.  She has built a successful business on and off the water.  From traveling to bodies of water teaching SUP yoga, to opening her own yoga and fitness studio and now racing standup paddle boards, she talks business, lessons learned and gives tips to others starting out.
